2. Services
Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring, deep, move-out and post-construction cleaning, from our office at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO 80301. Service availability, scheduling and pricing may change at any time.
3. Assumption of risk
Cleaning involves products, equipment and access to your home. You agree to provide safe entry, to secure valuables and pets, and to disclose known hazards or surfaces needing special care.
4. Maintenance plans and billing
Maintenance plan terms, billing dates and cancellation policies are provided in your plan agreement. Unless stated otherwise, plans renew automatically until cancelled in writing.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Customers agree to treat our cleaners and staff with respect and to keep the work area safe and accessible. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior that endangers our team.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including programming, text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Fresh Cleaning Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
